Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website and booking a retreat with HBD Retreats, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
Booking and cancellation
All retreat bookings require payment of the listed reservation amount. Cancellation policies are provided at the time of booking and vary by retreat. Generally, deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future retreat at our discretion.
Participant responsibilities
You are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point with valid travel documents, appropriate insurance, and any required vaccinations. You acknowledge that retreat activities (yoga, breathwork, hiking, surf, ceremony) involve inherent physical risks and you participate at your own discretion.
Liability
HBD Retreats acts as a coordinator between you and third-party providers (venues, transportation, instructors). We make every effort to vet our partners but cannot be held liable for the actions of third parties. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the retreat.
Intellectual property
All content on hbdretreats.com — text, images, videos, design — is the property of HBD Retreats unless otherwise noted. Reuse requires written permission.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
